Our Process: Tailored to You
Our collaboration begins the moment we meet. By incorporating the client into our team, we ensure that each step is personalized to reflect their unique needs and aesthetics. After our initial meeting, we present multiple schematic design options for discussion directly with the architect. These early concepts can be mixed, matched, or refined to achieve the perfect design.

Once the design is finalized, MLS transitions to developing construction documents needed to secure permits. During this phase, we work closely with the client to select finishes, fixtures, and appliances. The detailed documents, including finish specifications, are then shared with contractors for bidding.

Our design process concludes with bid reviews, during which we assist the client in selecting a contractor best suited to bring their vision to life.
